I hired Sean to sell a house on the North Shore a little over a year ago which turned out to be among the most difficult times to sell such property. The market was difficult anyway and became more so after the limitation on rentals of 30 days or less. However, he was relentless in pursuing potential buyers and as a result we recently closed the sale of the property. He is also a very nice guy.
